Both the Galter Library, which serves the Feinberg School of Medicine, and Schaffner Library, which serves the School of Continuing Studies, have a reference desk where you can call or email a reference librarian for help finding information or accessing electronic information remotely.

You should use the University Library to find information on computer science and other non-medical topics.

All course reserves and interlibrary loan requests are handled by the Schaffner Library. If you need books, print articles, or videos from any Northwestern library, including the Galter Library or the University Library, fill out this form. There will be an option to choose Distance Learning as your pick-up location in the account set up.
