Hi, I'm the Instructional Design Librarian here at the library. I primarily work with faculty to help them actualize their instructional technology needs. This may include the development of online tutorials and learning modules, or simply finding a way to make existing technology work better in an integrated environment. I also am available for multimedia consultation (by appointment), showing users how to import video and/or audio into our multimedia workstation, edit it, and export it to a variety of formats, including DVD and podcasting. This type of technology is exciting to work with, yet always changing, so I'm here to help you adapt to these changes and incorporate them into your instructional models. Finally, I manage the electronic reserve system at the library, including integration with the Blackboard Course Management System. In my spare time I eat dark chocolate and drink red wine while watching movies on my living room wall.
