Library Classes: Advanced Analyses with GeneGo MetaCore

MetaCore is a comprehensive platform for using “omics” data to generate and prioritize hypotheses and build networks of interactive objects, based on canonical pathways and literature evidence. "Advanced Analyses with MetaCore" will demonstrate the use of MetaCore for complex network building.

Prerequisite: Basic knowledge of GeneGo MetaCore, or prior attendance at "Getting Started with MetaCore"

Users will learn:

  • Workflows for analyzing experiments and creating reports
  • Interactome analysis
  • Network building
